Product Information
All items are handmade or custom-designed; slight variations may occur.
Colors may appear different in person due to lighting or screen settings.
Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available to Australia and New Zealand
Processing times vary by product: standard (e.g., 5–10 business days) or custom (e.g., 7–14 business days).
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.
If eligible, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Custom Orders
Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Please double-check all personalization details before submitting.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names).
